ERC Rally Islas Canarias standings adjusted following Marczyk appeal

Marczyk was demoted to 18th among the ERC contenders after he was handed a two-minute penalty when a tyre declaration regulation breach was discovered.

However, having considered the facts and various submissions, the ICA agreed to set aside Decision No. 06 of the Stewards of the event, round two of the FIA European Rally Championship held from 2 - 4 May. The ICA ruling is available HERE.

Marczyk and co-driver Szymon Gospodarczyk are now classified seventh in the amended final classification and score 13 points.
