Škoda expands ERC rewards programme

For the upcoming season, registered teams competing with any variant of the Škoda Fabia Rally2 in the ERC will be eligible for €40,000 in prize vouchers per event, as well as discounts totalling €90,000 on the purchase of a new Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 at the end of the season. The closing date for registrations is 28 February 2025.  

The expansion of the scheme follows the successful rollout of the initiative in 2024 when 13 teams and 16 drivers registered and chased a prize package of €28,000 per round.  

Registered teams competing with a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, Škoda Fabia Rally2 Evo or Škoda Fabia Rally2 will receive be entitled to vouchers for €20,000 for finishing first on an ERC event, €12,000 for finishing second or €8,000 for finishing third. These vouchers that total €40,000 per event can be redeemed for spare parts directly from Škoda Motorsport.

If the driver of a registered team wins the overall ERC title, the team will receive a €50,000 discount on the purchase of a new Škoda Fabia RS Rally2. The second-placed team will be rewarded with a €25,000 voucher, while the team of the third-placed driver will receive a €15,000 voucher towards the purchase of a new Škoda Fabia RS Rally2.  

Škoda Motorsport chief Michal Hrabánek said: “We are delighted with the positive feedback we received from the first season of our incentive programme. We were able to help our loyal customers and strengthen the Škoda brand’s leading position among Rally2 car manufacturers. For the second year, we anticipate strong interest from teams and intense competition throughout the season.”

In addition, Škoda Motorsport’s dedicated on-site spare parts service will be operational at selected ERC events.
