“This project represents Orange1’s commitment to female empowerment, highlighting its support for women with ambitions and dreams in the world of work and sport.
“The aim of Orange1 for Women is to actively promote inclusion and support for women. Through all its divisions, Orange1 is committed to creating an environment that values women’s skills and talents, offering concrete opportunities for growth and development.”
The statement continued: “Our long experience in motorsport has enabled us to recognise the fundamental role that women play in this sector. During Rally di Roma, we want to highlight female rally protagonists, celebrating their contribution and passion.
“Our first testimonial for the event will be Tania Canton, who proudly wears the colours of Orange1 Racing since 2018. Tania represents an example of dedication and success in the world of motor sport and perfectly embodies the values of Orange1.
“The Orange1 for Women project will consist of several initiatives involving the corporate life of the Orange1 Group and its various divisions. We are excited to present a programme that not only recognises the value of women, but actively promotes their professional and personal growth.”
Orange1 Holding president Armando Donazzan said: “We are proud to launch Orange1 for Women and to do so in such a prestigious context as the Rally of Roma Capitale. This project reflects our values and our commitment to inclusion and support for women, both in the world of work and sport.”
To mark the occasion, Campedelli and Canton’s Step Five Motorsport-run Fabia will feature a special pink-based livery.
